- Founded and built an independent therapy centre for children with autism, ADHD and specific learning disabilities, defining the service model, assessment protocols and IEP-led intervention pathways.
- Recruited, trained and supervised a team of SEN specialists and therapists, setting clinical quality standards and mentoring junior staff.
- Designed and delivered IEPs and behaviour intervention plans integrating ABA, Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching.
